Mom's Picture of her Mother: Mina Geneve Brandley

This picture was in my mother's things and has written on the back in my mother's hand, Geneve Brandley.  The young woman right front looks most like my Grandmother (as well as my mother).  I am not sure of the circumstance or the reason for the costumes or where or when this picture was taken.  However my grandmother grew up in Salt Lake City.  She was married to William Arthur Springall in 1911.  William Springall passed away in 1925.
