Clyde Buff Jr Obituary, son of Sara Jane Wardle and Clyde Buff

Clyde Buffy Buff Jr.
 Clyde Buff Jr. "Buffy"
1970 ~ 2014
Clyde Buff Jr. "Buffy" passed away unexpectedly on January 31, 2014 due to a heart attack.
Clyde was born August 23, 1970 in Logan, Utah, the oldest son of Clyde Sr. and Sara Buff. He was raised in Hyrum, Utah and spent most of his life in Utah. In October of 2006, he moved to Boise, Idaho to be closer to his family.
He enjoyed playing softball, fishing, and most of all he loved to spend time with his family and friends. He took pride in his profession as a chef and was the manager of the Buckhorn Restaurant. He was recently recognized as one of the top chefs nationwide for TravelCenters of America.
Clyde was very active in AA and the Sober Riders. He was frequently given the opportunity to share his life experiences and message of sobriety to many. This gave him strength and he took personal pride in helping others find hope in their lives. In September 2013, he earned his 7 year sobriety coin.
Buffy is loved and survived by his parents, Clyde Sr. and Sara Buff; grandmother, Ileen Wardle; his siblings, Krista, Geneve, Kathy, Joey, and Linsey; his girlfriend, Heather Stanton and her children Morgan, Dawson, and Tristan; his pride and joy, his daughter Katelyn; his pug, Toby; many nieces and nephews; and his entire AA family.
A viewing will be held Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 12 noon-1 pm, with a service to follow at Summers Funeral Home, 1205 W. Bannock Street, Boise. Burial will be at Morris Hill Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family on Buffy's memorial webpage at www.summersfuneral.com.
GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CANNOT CHANGE; COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CAN; AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.
